Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdt5000 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Transactions via payment methods not listed as approved are not permitted and may be reversed.

The minimum deposit amount on bdt5000 is ৳200. If a breach is confirmed, bdt5000 may permanently close the account, void all pending bets, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the bdt5000 platform — including but not limited to the bdt5000 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt5000 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bdt5000 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior express written consent of bdt5000.

bdt5000's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdt5000's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
